Sun Moulin is one of my favourite bakeries in town. It is conveniently located beside Isetan at Shaw Centre and serves freshly made pastries as well as delectable Japanese desserts. Ironically, I never took notice of the desserts until recently. Well, there's no turning back now!

I purchased their strawberry sandwich, mango soft omelet (swiss roll) and sakura daifuku, all of which were really delicious!

The fresh cream was light and not overpoweringly sweet, allowing the natural sweetness and flavour of the fruits to shine through.


The daifuku's soft and floury exterior as well as generous red bean filling with a hint of sakura made it an absolute delight to devour!
